This can also be done with a bent leg by placing your left foot on the inside of your right knee and then pulling your left knee to your right by using your right hand.

groin stretch

There is nothing worse than a pulled groin so take advantage of this stretch and do it as often as you can. The key to groin stretches is taking your time dropping into position and raising up and out of the down position.
